What I want to say is that for offering and winning from seo services you need to get trustfulness as a user for this category and a good reputation…as this service has many opponents. I offered 3 demos in change for a review on the thread I started on dp-forum … so after which I did 5 more seo works done for other wp blogs.
I suggest you firstly work on user reputation by offering demos or asking service reviews, so you’d have more clients.
