Yesterday I added the twitter button on the right sidebar … It came up that some really devoted twitter users started following me – danielfive – the number gradually increasing each day. So if you have a blog, especially a personal one(I’ll explain why further on), don’t hesitate and add a twitter button, as it brings up many followers. It can also act opposite,  use twitter to let users know of your blog. If posting on your blog daily, people will be even more interested in following each update. Another concept you shouldn’t forget is – Don’t Twit Crappy Stuff – all those who post each minute with a lot of links just to advertise, automatically loose their follower’s trust and un-follow you.

Why personal blogs are best for adding your twitter link? Because people get to your blog and read content, so they get interested of the info you share, you winning trust. Trust is important for people like me, which don’t follow every affiliate that advertises “her” live sex program. Your personal blogs are the ticket to real followers!

Getting followers from one side gets you more visitors to other – The Circle! i’ll explain … Once someone sees your twitter link and follows you … he automatically sees all your twits, so by posting your updates on twitter, you”ll get more visitors to the website(especially if you post nice info). This way the blog gets more popular and it gets more visitors which again turn into followers, which become a part of the circle. All done.

As you all know yahoo and microsoft declared total war to the king of search engines of this decade – Google , making up their own pretty simple and revolutionized engine – Bing.com.  Bing had added some really nice stuff that made it over google, I mean some details like arrangement , instruments and so on. Anyways both of them (google and bing) are nice and the search results sometimes are better in bing and sometimes in google.

Google changed the meaning of internet and online business a lot, and not only cause of website pagerank which made the websites more expensive but also cause of the keywords war and ppc business. Because microsoft and yahoo officially declared they’re willing to bring down the most expensive company in the world,  means they’re strongly prepared and know what they’re doing, and that this change can be fatal to those who aren’t prepared for he new search engine leader.

Google also responded to bing with some innovations but still with bing as second most used search engine, it’s quite profitable to know the secret of both.

Try thinking how cool it wold be if you knew bing’s rules of indexing pages and website rankings … I hope you guessed you’d be rich.  Anyhow, google tries giving some tips to website optimizers for getting higher rankings, suggesting content as best seo tool and pagerank determiner.

So if you guess how bing appreciates websites … try not telling it to anyone besides me.

bing could be the next google … but won’t

The last time I used mcc, it took about 2 weeks for me to get in touch with google and debate my account approval. After 4 days of “negotiations” they declined my account their last email, which included a request to not reply then any more. It was the lamest thing I’ve ever heard … but it’s the google we all know. Anyways I was a bit pissed cause the account they denied contained a 100$ voucher, all ads approved and all keywords added – in one word “All Set Up”. After that cursed email I just entered my adwords acc (without any purpose) , and found all the ads working , with half of the founds spent !!! %^%$^ . So people , don’t trust google , check everything twice by yourself.

That probably happened because of my geographical positioning (Moldova) .

- Try reading the whole policy … well at least points 4 and 7;

- Create dating ads 1 by 1, wait until each gets approved or denied as they mostly deny all at a time;

-Prepare for disappointment (I get 30 bad news till I get 1 happy email confirmation);

-Target each add with a couple of cities (it will get nice on approval);

-Smaller age distance will do good;

-No dating for bisexuals (As for the 4 policy point: each dating ad should target from a gender to only one single interest:make/female);

Never send a “go to hell” email to facebook like I did … Only 13% of my ads get accepted.  Money loans was my failure on facebook … having lots of impressions but no signup leads. Drink a beer before creating relevant ads.

I have a really nice manager at neverblue, name’s Bryon. He kindly helped me in answering to a “dilemma” I have came upon on facebook. None of my dating niche ads are getting approved so i asked him if there’s any reason for this. He actually told some pretty interesting facts:

Facebook is skeptic upon mentioning ‘We are the best…’ I don’t think facebook (or the search engines for that matter) like it when people use Best, better, worst etc… in their ads. Now what I have also heard is that facebook is really cracking down on dating ads because they apparently  have found that dating is ALL OVER facebook and they wanna tone it down a little.

Another thing im thinking is happeneing is FB wants to see more specific geographic targeting. I have heard that FB finds geo-targeting to better reflect their ideal user experience and thus makes getting things approved on FB more likely.
